Return & Exchange Policy – My Rabbit Jewelry

Thank you for shopping with My Rabbit Jewelry.
Because many of our pieces are custom and limited stock, we do not offer cash refunds. We only accept returns for size exchanges when an item does not fit.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • After this 3-day period, all sales are final.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item does not fit (wrong size or length).

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

If the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse, My Rabbit Jewelry reserves the right to reject the exchange.

3. What We Offer

  • No refunds.

  • Size exchanges only for the same product or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.

  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the price difference.

4. How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange:

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item

    • A short explanation that the item does not fit and which size/length you need instead

If your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and shipping address.

5. Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. My Rabbit Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement according to stock availability.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
